UNN Resumption Date
UNN resumption date for the 2022/2023 first semester is Monday, 07 August 2023.
Also, the UNN matriculation ceremony for the 2022/2023 academic session is on Saturday, 18 February 2023.

FIRST SEMESTER OF 2022/2023 SESSION
AUGUST 2023
Monday 7 – Registration of courses and allocation of hostel accommodation starts for fresh students only (to be done entirely online).
Monday 28 – Online registration and provision of accommodation begins for other students
Wednesday 30 – All students return to campus
Thursday 31 – Lectures begin for all students
SEPTEMBER 2023
Monday 11 – Registration ends for all students
Tuesday 12 – Late Registration begins for all students
Friday 22 – Last day for submission of second semester results to the
Department. Processing of results begins in the Department.
Mon 25 – Thurs 28 – Departmental Board meets to approve second semester results
Friday 29 – Late Registration ends for all students
OCTOBER 2023
Monday 02 – Sunday 8: Founder’s Day Ceremonies
Tuesday 03 – Last day for submission of second semester results to the Registry( Examinations). Processing of results begins in the Registry
Friday 06 – Deadline for checking of results by Heads of Department.
Mon 09 – Thurs 12 – Faculty Boards meet to approve second semester results
Wednesday 25 – Special Senate meeting to approve second semester results
Friday 27 – Lectures end
Saturday 28 – Matriculation Ceremonies
Monday 30 – Revision begins
NOVEMBER 2023
Friday 3 – Revision ends
Monday 6 – Departmental examinations begin
Friday 10 – Departmental examinations end
