A Nigerian female youth corps member has startled social media users after she honoured her father for training her throughout university with his hard-earned money from the farm crops.

According to Love Ubi on her Facebook handle, she stated that during her final year she nearly missed her exams because of financial constraints.

At my final year there was no money to go back to school, I was in pain, I was crying day and night. My dad was in pain he was crying because I almost miss my final year exams because of school fee.

But her friends thought she came from a wealthy family because her father never allowed her to feel hassled during her stay in the university.

All my friends thought am coming from a rich background, because my hero has never allowed me to lack or want anything throughout my stay in school .

But today the is joy in our heart and I decided to give my dad this honour because he trained me in school without building house for himself.

In a viral video of her in her NYSC uniform after the passing out parade, she accorded laudable respect and honor to her father for making it possible for her to be a graduate.
